What is your refund policy?

Our subscription fees are nonrefundable.

Your membership will remain active until the end of the most recent paid billing period no matter when you cancel during that period.

We will gladly refund you if all of the following three conditions are met:

  • WE has received all the necessary documents, which has been authenticated according to our exact instructions as well as any additional document which we requested from you.

  • If access services is unavailable during the subscription period.

  • You make the request for a refund within 3 days of your purchase.

    If all of these conditions are met, you will get a full refund. This is the only case in which refunds are offered.
