Why did I not receive a confirmation email?

We send an email receipt upon a succesful join. Some of the reasons why you did not receive an email upon a succesful join might be:

  • You might have mistyped your email

  • Your mailbox might be full

  • The email might be in your Junk Folder or you use some kind of spam filtration software which accidentally blocked the email.


    Please check your mailbox and your email provider to make sure everything is in order and contact us and we can retrieve your information.
